Development Associates began as a commercial and residential construction business in New England called Maurer Construction Company. Founded in 1981, Maurer Construction Company specialized in building single family estate homes and condominiums, as well as developing medium and large commercial projects. As opportunities arose in the Florida market, the company grew and the name was changed to Development Associates to reflect the expanded number of services it now offers.
However, residential construction still remains a large part of Development Associates' business. Our experienced designers, project managers, and craftsmen take the time to listen to our clients to make sure their expectations are met to the fullest.
